PHILOSOPHY

Having been certified and trained through The Carolyn Costin Institute and supervised by Carolyn Costin herself, I follow Carolyn’s 8 Keys to Recovery From an Eating Disorder model:

In addition to working with the 8 Keys model, I also utilize a HAES (Health At Every Size) approach informed by anti-diet and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) philosophies.
